Some products require current Windows components. If this is not the case, the application may not start or you may receive an error message regarding missing files.
- If you receive error messages regarding a missing VCRUNTIME140.dll, VCOMP140.DLL or MSVCP140.dll, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Updates seem to be missing or incorrectly installed on the system. Please install them once again using the following two links:

Please make sure that you install both updates. - Some Ashampoo programs are based on the Microsoft Net Framework. Use the Net Framework Repair tool, which Microsoft provides, to check if there is a problem. Run the tool once to check and repair it if necessary:

In that case, the installation of the software could not initialize the corresponding DirectX component correctly. To solve the problem simply install the component via the following link:

Please restart the PC once and try to start the software again.
