- Some Ashampoo programs are based on the Microsoft Net Framework. Use the Net Framework Repair tool, which Microsoft provides, to check if there is a problem. Run the tool once to check and repair it if necessary:
- If you receive an error message about a missing WMVCore.dll, Windows Media Player is missing on your PC. You can also install it for Windows "N" versions:
