Click "Search again" to run another scan and "Delete now" to delete the results from the Registry database. The program always creates a backup before deleting entries to allow you to revert any unwanted modifications (see Backups).
Click "Create report" to create and open a text file with all scan results.
Select/Deselect entriesResults are ordered by various categories. Click the individual sums behind category names or the magnifying glass icons to switch to the affected category.
Use "Select all" and "Select none" to select/deselect all entries. Click the checkboxes, to select/deselect individual items. Use the search field to filter for specific words.
Right click an entry to display the context menu.
Mark/Unmark selected entries for deletion
Selects/Deselects the affected entries.
Define selected entries as an exception
Excludes the selected entries from future scans. You will find excluded entries under Settings → Exceptions.
Open selected entry in Regedit
Opens the selected entry in Windows Regdit for manual editing.

Specify whether the program should automatically check for updates and whether animations should be displayed during scans/entry deletion here.
Use these settings to determine how backups will be handled by the program.

Entries currently excluded from scans are displayed here. Left-click an entry and select "Remove" to include it in future scans.
Prior to deletion, the program creates backups to undo modifications if needed. Existing backups are displayed here. Left-click an entry to restore or delete it through the corresponding buttons.
Delete old backups
Allows you to instantly delete backups older than 7/14/30 days.
Reloads the list of available backups.
Show backup folder
Displays the folder containing the backup files in Windows Explorer.
Switches between simple and detailed list view.
