You've purchased software from Ashampoo and see "License key already activated" when you input your license key. This usually happens after re-installation, when you move your software to a new PC or after a major Windows update. Here's how to reset your license key in these events.
1. License key already activated
Please close the dialog (1) and the affected program.
2. Log into your Ashampoo account
Launch your web browser and visit:
https://www.ashampoo.com/loc/login
Then, input your email address (1) and password (2) for your Ashampoo account and click "LOG IN NOW" (3).
3. Your licenses
Next, click "Licenses" (1). Search the list for your program (2) and click "Reset" license (3).
You can now use the license to activate your program.
4. Reactivating your program
You can either copy the license key to the system clipboard or manually input it. In any case, click "Enter key manually" in the activation dialog (1). If you've copied the key to the system clipboard, it'll automatically be entered for you.
Then, click "Activate now" to continue using your program.

5. Exceptions
Not all Ashampoo license keys can be reset the way described above. Notable exceptions are Ashampoo DriverUpdater and all partner or free software (free after registration). In these cases, please contact our free customer service at support@ashampoo.com.
