Please check first whether you are using the latest version of the affected software and update it if necessary. Usually you will automatically receive a notification when the program starts if a newer program version is available. You can always find the latest program version at www.ashampoo.com.
In many of our Ashampoo products you will find a "Contact Support" function. Here, in addition to your description of the actual problem, the corresponding log files created by the application are attached. The "Contact support" function can be found in our products in the "Service" menu or in the "Help" or "?" menu.
In addition to your description, you can also attach screenshots that may help to clarify the problem. Modern computer systems offer a lot of potential causes for poor program speed or stability due to the many possible combinations of hardware and software. Our support team is therefore dependent on your assistance to reproduce and correct any program malfunction.
