Our products require an active internet connection for software activation. If you have additional firewall or antivirus software installed, please check the relevant rules and permissions in these security solutions.
An active VPN connection through a VPN server might also prevent the automatic activation of our product. In this case, temporarily disable the VPN connection for activation.
