1. Select photos
First, select the folder holding your photos. Then, click the upper-right corner of the thumbnails to select them. Finally, click "MENU" at the top-left corner.
2. Always the right tool
Select "TOOLS" and then "Convert Photos" to open the conversion wizard. Conversion not only means changing the file format but also file dimensions.
3. Review selection
You can review your selection and make necessary changes like removing or adding photos here. Click "Next" to proceed.
4. Select command
You can combine several commands to create an individual image processor here. For this example, please select "Resize" and click the arrow button to add it to the list of chosen commands. Then, click "Custom Options".
5. Select image size
This dialog allows you to select the new image size either in pixels or centimeters. Make sure to enable "Lock aspect ratio" to preserve the aspect ratios of your photos. Please select "Centimeters" and input the new width and height for your photos. A4 landscape would be 29.7 by 21.0 centimeters. Click "OK" to confirm your settings.
6. Start conversion
Click "Next" to start the conversion process. Ashampoo Photo Commander provides visual feedback during the process.
Click "Finish" to complete the process. You will then be redirected to the folder containing the modified images.
