1. Compress files using Windows Explorer
Launch Windows Explorer and select the files (1). Then, right-click the files to open the context menu and select "Compress To…" (2), followed by "Compress With Options…" (3) to launch the application.
2. Enter name and save
Next, give the archive a name and click "Add" (2) to create it. Afterwards, the application will close. You'll find the archive in the selected location (1).
3. Compress files using the application
Run Ashampoo ZIP Pro and click "New Archive…" (1).
4. Enter name
Next, give the archive a name (1) and click "Save" (2).
5. Add files
Then, select files to include in the archive (1) and click "Add" (2) to create it.
You will then be shown its contents and have the ability to make modifications. Click the house icon (2) to return to the start page.
6. Extract files using Windows Explorer
Right-click an archive (1) and select "Extract To" (2) followed by "Extract To…" (3).
7. Select destination and extract
Next, select the output location (1) and click "Extract" (2) to extract the files.
Afterwards, the application will close and a new Windows Explorer window will open with the extract files (1).
8. Extract files using the application
First, select the archive from the start page (1). If not listed, use "Open Archive…".
Its contents will then be listed (1). Click "Extract" (2) to proceed.
9. Select destination and extract
Next, select the output location (1) and click "Extract" (2) to extract the files.
Afterwards, a new Windows Explorer window will open with the extract files (1).
