No compatible TPM
In case Windows 11 Compatibility Checker hasn't detected a compatible TPM in your system, there are two things you can check besides buying a new PC:
- Your mainboard doesn't meet the technical requirements for TPM. Consult your mainboard manual or the manufacturer's website for details.
- Your PC supports TPM but it is currently disabled in your BIOS settings. Consult your mainboard manual or the manufacturer's website for details on how to enable it. We recommend you turn to an authorized PC specialist for help.
TPM is outdated
In many cases, the existing TPM chip can be software-updated or replaced with a newer model. Consult your mainboard manual or the manufacturer's website for details on how to enable it. We recommend you turn to an authorized PC specialist for help.
