Common PDF operations include rotating as well as adding to and rearranging pages for existing documents. Here's how to do it quickly and easily with Ashampoo PDF Pro.
1. Rotating scanned documents
Scanned documents are often upside down or only readable in landscape format. Here's how to fix that. Open "Pages" (1), click "Rotate" (2).
I'll be using 180° rotation in this example so I'll select "180" (1), followed by "OK" (2).
The document will then be rotated accordingly.
2. Inserting blank pages
Open "Pages" (1) and then "Insert new..." (2).
Next, specify the number of pages to be inserted (1) along with their position inside the document (2). Click "OK" (3) to apply your setting. I'll insert a new page after the first page.
3. Rearranging pages in a document
Open "Pages" (1) and then "Re-order" (2).
Next, specify the first and last page to be moved (1). If the first and last page are the same, only a single page will be moved. I need to move the second page to the end of the document so I input "2" in both cases. Then, I select "Last page" as new position (2) and click "OK" (3) to apply my settings.
