1. Important
To record a video with audio in Snap, your soundcard has to support "Stereo Mix". This allows your soundcard to record what you hear through your speakers but in good quality and without acoustic feedback.
2. Find sound settings
Open the Windows sound settings through Windows Search feature. Click the search icon (1) and enter sound (2). If you don't see the search icon, simply click the Windows logo and start typing.
3. Open sound settings
Click the icon to access the sound settings (1).
4. Stereo Mix
You will find "Stereo Mix" (or "What you hear" under "Recording" (1). If you don't see it yet, right-click the empty space and select "Show disabled devices" (2).
5. Enable Stereo Mix
Right-click "Stereo Mix" and select "Enable", if it is currently disabled (1).
6. Close settings
"Stereo Mix" should display "Ready" (1). Click "OK" to close the settings (2).
7. Snap video feature
Then, select "Capture Video" from Snap's toolbar.
8. Snap audio configuration
Next, enable "Record audio from this source" (1) and select "Stereo Mix" (2). Click "Start" to open the capture dialog.
9. Capture start
Select the screen area you wish to record and click "Start Capture" (1).
