1. Select feature
From the toolbar, select "Capture Single Window".
2. Select window to capture
Simply point your mouse cursor at the window you want to capture. Ashampoo Snap 10 will recognize the window and surround it with a blue border. Left-click into the window to capture it.
3. Image editor
The new screenshot will automatically open in Ashampoo Snap 10's image editor. Image editing tools are located on the left toolbar. In this example, we will draw a border around a specific area of the image. Click "Draw shape" and then "Rectangle".
4. Draw border
Hold down the left mouse button and drag across the area you want to surround with a border. Once you release the button, you can adjust the dimensions of your rectangle or reposition it using the markers.
5. Email screenshot
The right toolbar holds all functions used to save and export your work. Click "Send Capture by Email" to create a new email in your system-default email application with the screenshot as attachment.
6. Select recipient and send
Simply input the recipients email address and send your mail. Ashampoo Snap 10 has many other useful features. For instance, you can also capture your screen as a video.
