The error message "Unable to get or create one or more log-folders for this application" occurs when the Uninstaller is prevented from creating the necessary folders for logs and installation records. This may be due to insufficient user permissions or security or antivirus programs blocking access. However, you can manually create the required folders using Windows Explorer. The three folders that the Ashampoo Uninstaller expects are:
